Role summary

We are hiring an IT Systems Administrator to join our Corporate IT team in India.

This role provides end-user and site IT support for APAC offices and outsourced contact center locations, while partnering with Global IT teams on systems, network, and office expansion projects. You will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable IT operations and delivering high-quality user support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide timely support to end users across APAC, meeting agreed service levels.
  • Administer and support endpoint devices, office IT equipment, and meeting room technology.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint) and Entra ID (Azure AD) administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with Global IT Infrastructure teams on network/server rollouts, upgrades, and incidents at local sites.
  • Provide local execution support for infrastructure activities (e.g., on-site coordination, vendor coordination, cabling/physical checks, access arrangements, and post-change validation) based on Global team direction.
  • Act as the local IT point of contact during maintenance windows, office expansions, and site technology changes.
  • Troubleshoot site connectivity and user-impact issues and escalate to Global teams with complete diagnostics and logs.
  • Own IT asset lifecycle management, including inventory accuracy, deployment, recovery, and secure disposal.
  • Administer office security and collaboration systems, including CCTV, door access, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Log, track, and document incidents/requests, root causes, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system.
  • Follow and enforce IT and security policies; support audit/compliance readiness.
  • Deliver onboarding support and user training for systems and corporate applications.
  • Participate in regional IT projects to improve reliability, security, and support efficiency.
  • Support planned after-hours maintenance and critical incident response when required.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in IT systems administration in an MNC or similarly sized, multi-site environment (including outsourced operations).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft stack (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Azure fundamentals), plus endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf).
  • Practical support experience with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), video conferencing/meeting room systems, and ITSM/ticketing with solid documentation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills across all levels; able to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Self-driven and organized; able to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate effectively with regional/Global teams.
  • Basic scripting/automation capability (PowerShell or Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Willingness to support planned after-hours maintenance and urgent incidents.
