KDN Advisory SAP Recuriting-Niche - HCM (Manager)
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Manager specializing in the Recruitment module to lead global talent acquisition transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience, and integration with SAP and third-party systems, aligned with cloud transformation initiatives like RISE and GROW with SAP.
Required Skills:
10-12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Recruiting.
Strong hands-on experience in configuring Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and third-party job board integrations.
Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM.
Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
Preferred Skills:
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting Management and/or Recruiting Marketing.
Exposure to related modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, or Succession & Development.
Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for candidate and recruiter experience.
Knowledge of global recruiting compliance, EEO, and GDPR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules.
Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and design global recruiting processes.
Configure requisition templates, candidate profiles, interview scheduling, and offer management workflows.
Manage integration with SAP Employee Central, onboarding systems, and external job boards.
Ensure alignment with global recruiting compliance, data privacy, and localization requirements.
Oversee career site branding, candidate experience optimization, and RMK configuration.
Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
