About the Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for driving partnership growth, managing media agency relationships, and expanding direct advertiser business within North India. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the digital adtech space, strong existing agency relationships, and a passion for pitching innovative video, programmatic, and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Establish, manage, and scale partnerships with top-tier media agencies and direct brands in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) and the broader North India region to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Client Pitching & Advisory: Prepare and deliver highly compelling, tailor-made client pitches. Work closely with brands and agencies to understand their business objectives and propose custom advertising solutions using Teads' suite of formats.
- Programmatic & Video Sales: Promote and sell Teads' premium programmatic solutions (SSP, DSP, private marketplaces) and digital video advertising formats.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, including Teads Studio (for high-impact creatives), Account Management, and Operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution, performance, and renewal.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use campaign performance metrics and data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI to clients, optimizing strategies and securing long-term renewal budgets.
- Market Presence: Represent Teads at key industry events, panel discussions, and agency forums to establish Teads as the leading omnichannel video partner in India.
About You
Must-Have (Required):
- Experience: Proven experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or adtech (ideally with a focus on programmatic, video, and mobile advertising platforms).
- Local Market Knowledge: A strong, active network of contacts across media buying/planning agencies (e.g., GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG, Omnicom) and direct advertisers in the Delhi NCR / Gurgaon region.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using and interpreting data/insights to refine campaign pitches, highlight ROI, and resolve campaign performance challenges.
- Collaboration: A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well across different functional departments.

- Experience working in a global high-growth technology company or premium digital publisher.
