Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Informatica IICS/IDMC Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize our cloud data integration and application integration environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering IICS/IDMC platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of integration services.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration
- Manage and maintain IICS/IDMC services including CDI, CAI, API Manager, and Mass Ingestion.
- Configure secure agent groups, runtime environments, and connections.
- Monitor system health, job executions, and resource utilization.
User & Access Management
- Create and manage user roles, groups, and permissions.
- Implement and audit access controls and security policies.
Deployment & Configuration
- Assist in deploying mappings, taskflows, and processes across environments.
- Manage versioning and lifecycle of integration assets.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor job schedules and resolve failures.
- Analyze logs and alerts to identify performance or connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with support teams for escalations and fixes.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure platform compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for all administrative activities.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with development, support, and business teams.
- Provide L2/L3 support for platform-related issues.
- Liaise with Informatica support for product-level concerns.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Informatica IICS/IDMC administration.
- Strong understanding of CDI, CAI, API Manager, and Secure Agent architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SAML configurations.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and log analysis.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Informatica Certified Administrator (IICS/IDMC).
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud/on-premise integration setups.
