Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
Build and integrate REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure-based services with Dynamics 365.
Implement and enhance Dynamics 365 Copilot (AI) and Azure OpenAI capabilities.
Develop solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Configure and support Omnichannel for Customer Service.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Dynamics 365 applications for performance and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot (AI) and Azure OpenAI integration.
Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
Experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom APIs, and Web APIs.
Hands-on experience with Azure services and enterprise integrations.
Experience with REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise implementations.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with solution architecture and integration best practices.
