AI Enablement Lead, Office of the Chief AI Officer
We are hiring an AI Enablement Lead to join the Chief AI Officer's team – a small group operating across the organization rather than embedded in a single function. You will accelerate AI adoption at Quoreka, turning that potential into measurable results across the business.
This is an individual-contributor role, broader and more open-ended than a typical operations or program seat, and we're looking for someone who prefers it that way. We value sound judgment, analytical rigor, and the drive to move an organization through hard, ambiguous change by reasoning from the ground up rather than reaching for a playbook. Adoption matters most, and you will make it happen.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct AI readiness assessments across business units – interviewing stakeholders, documenting how work actually gets done, and pinpointing the highest-impact places to put AI to work.
- Build and configure AI tools hands-on on Anthropic's Claude stack – such as Cowork and Managed Agents – prototyping, integrating, and standing up solutions that solve real problems for teams across the business.
- Train people one-on-one – sitting with individuals and small teams to get them using AI in their day-to-day work, from foundational prompting to workflow automation.
- Track and report AI adoption and impact – time saved, quality gains, and capability gaps.
Must-Have
How You Might Stand Out
- Familiarity scripting (Python), agentic AI workflows, LLM APIs, or automation platforms.
- Data fluency – you can read a dashboard, interrogate a metric, and derive insights.
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth technology environments.
