We're expanding our creator network and looking for talented short-form video creators based in India to join our structured Ambassador Program.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n• Create short-form UGC (User-Generated Content) videos promoting Airlearn\n• Cross-post content across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook\n• Follow a structured posting system — we provide scripts, hooks, audio, and full posting guidance\n\n• Choose from two monthly deliverable options:\n100 videos per month — 300 total cross-posts across 3 platforms\n200 videos per month — 600 total cross-posts across 3 platforms\n\nCOMPENSATION\nFixed Monthly Payout Options:\n• ₹10,000/month for 100 videos upon completion of all deliverables\n• ₹20,000/month for 200 videos upon completion of all deliverables\n\nViral Performance Bonuses (per video):\n• ₹1,000 for 250K views\n• ₹2,500 for 500K views\n• ₹5,000 for 1M views\n• ₹10,000 for 2.5M views\n\n'05; WHAT WE OFFER\n• Consistent, fixed income based on deliverable completion\n• Performance-based bonus structure for viral content\n• Full backend support — scripts, hooks, audio & posting guidance provided\n• A formal legal contract covering all deliverables and payments\n• Long-term, ongoing collaboration opportunity\n\nWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n• Based in India\n• Comfortable creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Facebook Videos)\n• Active presence on Instagram, YouTube, and/or Facebook\n• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet monthly delivery targets\n• Prior UGC or brand collaboration experience is a plus — but not required
