Role Description We are hiring a Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter to help book qualified meetings for the CEO.

This is a remote role best suited for someone based in India who is strong at prospecting, lead research, personalized outreach, and follow-up. You will identify target companies, find the right finance/accounting decision-makers, reach out through email and LinkedIn, and schedule qualified meetings.


Responsibilities:

  • Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers in finance, accounting, and operations.
  • Build and maintain lead lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Write and send personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Manage follow-up cadences across email and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, pain points, and interest.
  • Book qualified meetings for the CEO.
  • Keep CRM/prospecting records accurate and up to date.
  • Track outreach metrics such as sent emails, replies, positive responses, and meetings booked.
  • Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging and targeting.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or SDR/BDR work.
  • Strong written English and clear communication skills.
  • Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach tools.
  • Ability to research companies and personalize messages beyond generic templates.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with follow-ups.
  • Willing to work with some overlap with US business hours.
  • Experience selling SaaS, fintech, accounting, finance, ERP, or AI products is a plus.
