EHR Implementation Specialist (US Healthcare)

About the Role\n\nWe're looking for an experienced EHR Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare clients onto new software platforms. You'll act as the technical and operational bridge between the product and the practice — ensuring smooth go-lives, clean data, and confident end-users.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n- Lead EHR system implementations from kickoff through go-live across multiple practice types and specialties\n- Collect and validate practice configurations — workflows, scheduling rules, billing codes, user roles, and preferences\n- Configure and test integrations between EHR platforms and third-party tools (billing, scheduling, patient engagement, etc.)\n- Conduct end-user training for front desk, clinical, and billing staff\n- Maintain SOPs and implementation documentation p er EHR and client type\n- Serve as the primary client-facing technical contact during the onboarding window\n- Escalate complex issues to engineering or vendor support with clear, structured write-ups\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n- 2+ years in EHR implementation, healthcare IT, or clinical systems support\n- Solid understanding of clinical and front-office workflows
