The Role\nAs a Technical Product Manager - AI Products , you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of DeHaat's AI-powered products and enterprise solutions. You will work closely with engineering, data science, operations, supply chain, and business teams to build scalable products that solve real-world agricultural challenges.\nThis is a high-ownership role requiring a blend of product thinking, technical depth, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for translating customer and partner needs into product requirements, prioritizing features, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.\nA key focus area will be building and scaling AI-native products, leveraging LLMs, AI agents, predictive analytics, and data-driven automation to enhance farmer experiences and enterprise workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle - from problem discovery and requirement gathering to launch and adoption.\nDefine and execute the roadmap for AI-native products and enterprise solutions.\nCollaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nWork closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.\nWrite detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.\nDefine and track product KPIs, including adoption, engagement, revenue impact, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.\nDrive experimentation and product discovery through user research, field visits, and data analysis.\nLeverage AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, and automation workflows, to build innovative solutions for farmers and enterprise customers.\nPartner with engineering teams to manage product releases, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.\nPresent product updates, roadmap progress, and insights to leadership and external stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\n3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Consulting, Business Operations, or related roles.\nB.Tech / B.E.
from a Tier-1 institute (IIT / NIT / BITS or equivalent). MBA from a Tier-1 business school is a strong plus.\nStrong analytical skills - hands-on with SQL, advanced Excel, and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, or similar).
