Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Analyst

Required Qualifications:\n• At least 4 or more years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience required, preferably for a large global company as an analyst.\n• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 or more years of technology or industry experience required\n• Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches etc.\n• Strong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & analytics, developing system solutions and documentation standards.\n• Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and processes across modules- Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management etc.\n• Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.\n• Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities. Preferred Qualifications:\n• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.\n• Willingness to learn new applications and tools to support business model.\n• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.\n• Knowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts.
