The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms aligned with client brand strategies.
Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, executing campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring community interactions. The role involves coordinating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals. The Social Media Manager will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.\n\nQualifications\nStrong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.\nAbility to develop and implement effective content strategies tailored to different audiences and channels.\nExcellent writing and communication skills , with a focus on clear, compelling, and brand-consistent messaging.\nExperience in social media calendars, copy writing, reels and script writing\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.\nFamiliarity with basic design and video formats, and the ability to collaborate closely with creative teams.\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nPrevious experience in an advertising or digital agency setting is preferred but not mandatory.\n\nNote :\nLocation: Noida Sec 132\nExperience: 6 months to 2 years\nJoining: Immediate preferred
