Principal Product Manager (AI Platform)\n\nLocation: Gurugram (Hybrid)\nExperience: 8+ Years\n\nWe're looking for a highly technical Principal Product Manager to own critical modules within an AI-powered enterprise platform. The role involves driving product strategy, roadmap, execution, and adoption for scalable platform capabilities while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science teams.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end roadmap and delivery of platform modules.\nDrive product decisions around scalability, performance, APIs, and real-time systems.\nCollaborate with Engineering on architecture and technical trade-offs.\nIntegrate AI/ML capabilities into platform workflows.\nDefine KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.\nWork with global stakeholders to translate customer needs into product features.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n8+ years in Product Management / Technical Product Management.\nStrong experience with platform products, enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, or AI-driven products.\nDeep understanding of APIs, cloud-native architecture, real-time systems, and data platforms.\nExperience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.\nExposure to Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Optimization Engines, or AI Orchestration platforms is a plus.\n\nPreferred Industry Experience\n\nSupply Chain Tech, Logistics Tech, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Industrial Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing Tech, or Enterprise SaaS Platforms.
