Position - Creative Director Art / Senior Creative Director Art (Creative Lead Art)\nLocation - Indore\nExperience - 10 + Years\n\nWe are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Creative Lead Art to shape and\nelevate the visual identity of our brands. This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility,\ndesign excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire a creative team to deliver impactful\nvisual storytelling across multiple touchpoints.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a blend of design expertise, brand thinking, and leadership,\nensuring that all creative outputs align with the premium positioning and vision of the\ncompany.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nCreative Direction & Brand Aesthetics\n%CF; Define and maintain a strong, consistent visual language across all brand\ncommunications.\n%CF; Ensure all creative outputs reflect premium aesthetics and strong brand\nstorytelling.\n%CF; Translate brand strategies into compelling visual concepts and campaigns.\nDesign & Execution\n%CF; Lead the design and development of marketing collaterals, campaign\ncreatives, packaging visuals, and digital assets.\n%CF; Oversee the design of pitch decks, presentations, brochures, and brand\ncommunication materials.\n%CF; Ensure high standards of visual quality, typography, color balance, and\noverall design aesthetics.\n\nTeam Leadership\n%CF; Manage, mentor, and guide the in-house design team, ensuring creativity\nand productivity.\n%CF; Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to designers.\n%CF; Foster a collaborative and innovative creative culture within the team.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration\n%CF; Work closely with marketing, branding, product, and leadership teams to\nunderstand campaign and communication requirements.\n%CF; Translate briefs into impactful creative solutions.\n\nQuality & Innovation\n%CF; Stay updated with design trends, visual culture, and industry best practices.\n%CF; Bring fresh ideas that help elevate brand perception and visual storytelling.\n%CF; Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.\n\nKey Skills & Competencies\n%CF; Exceptional aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail\n%CF; Strong creative thinking and conceptual abilities\n%CF; Proven team leadership and mentoring capability\n%CF; Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,\nInDesign)\n%CF; Experience in packaging design, brand identity, and marketing\ncommunication\n%CF; Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand positioning\n\nPreferred Background\n%CF; 10+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative roles\n%CF; Prior experience in leading a creative/design team\n%CF; Experience working with premium brands, lifestyle brands, or consumer products will be an advantage.
