The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation, workflow automation, content generation, AI training, or AI product development.\nYou will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities where Generative AI can drive efficiency, improve user experiences, and create business value.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerative AI Solution Development\nDesign and implement Generative AI solutions for business and operational use cases.\nDevelop AI-powered workflows, assistants, chatbots, knowledge systems, and automation tools.\nTranslate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI for productivity, efficiency, and innovation.\nPrompt Engineering & Optimization\nCreate, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).\nDevelop reusable prompt libraries and prompt frameworks.\nExperiment with prompting techniques including few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought prompting, and structured prompting.\nContinuously improve prompt effectiveness based on evaluation results and user feedback.\nAI Evaluation & Quality Assurance\nEvaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and safety.\nIdentify hallucinations, factual inaccuracies, biases, and quality issues.\nDefine evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.\nCollaborate with AI quality teams to improve model performance and user satisfaction.\nAI Training & Knowledge Enhancement\nAssist in training and improving AI systems through structured human feedback.\nSupport dataset creation, annotation review, and evaluation workflows.\nContribute to AI model fine-tuning initiatives and response optimization strategies.\nHelp improve AI reasoning, instruction-following, and domain-specific performance.\nResearch & Innovation\nStay updated on advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging technologies.\nResearch new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.\nConduct competitive analysis and recommend innovative AI solutions.\nExplore opportunities to integrate AI into existing business processes and products.\nWorkflow Automation & Integration\nBuild AI-powered workflows and automations using modern AI platforms.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.\nSupport implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge-based AI systems.\nAssist in developing scalable AI processes and operational frameworks.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nDocument AI workflows, prompt libraries, evaluation findings, and best practices.\nCreate reports on AI performance, adoption, and business impact.\nMaintain knowledge repositories and implementation guides.\nPresent AI recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Operations Teams, and Business Stakeholders.\nParticipate in AI strategy discussions and roadmap planning.\nSupport AI adoption and training initiatives across the organization.\nAct as a subject matter expert for Generative AI-related projects.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMust Have\n3+ years of experience in Generative AI, AI Operations, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or related fields.\nStrong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications.\nHands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.\nExperience creating and optimizing prompts for business or operational use cases.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\n\nGood to Have\nExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and knowledge-based AI systems.\nFamiliarity with AI agents, workflow automation tools, and no-code/low-code AI platforms.\nExperience with AI evaluation frameworks and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).\nBasic understanding of APIs, Python, SQL, or automation platforms.\nExperience working with AI training data, annotations, or model evaluation projects.\nKnowledge of AI governance, trust & safety, and responsible AI practices.
