Job Description Role: Client Engagement Manager (Banking/Financial Services)\nLocation: Gurgaon\n\nWho are we looking for?\n• A senior professional who has excellent client relationship management skills and delivery/account management experience in the BFS domain\n• The individual should be a Self-Starter with ability to grow the Account\n• The Individual should be passionate about technology besides conceptualizing newer delivery models to meet client needs\n\nQualification:\n• 20+ years of industry experience, with hands on delivery/ account management skills in BFS domain\n• Experience in delivering modernization programs with agile exposure\n• Excellent communication, Client management skills Primary Responsibilities:\n• Focus on the client's business problems - the ability to understand the client's broader business context and problems\n• Working alongside the delivery team and be able to map organisation's services that are of relevance to solve client’s business needs\n• Work closely with the Sales Leaders to Grow the Account Skill Set Required:\n• Should have a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships\n• Should have the drive to grow the account profitably
