AI-powered creative workflows to deliver high-quality content across multiple digital platforms.\n\nAs a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Video Editor & Motion Designer will play Shorts\nFacebook\nLinkedIn\nDigital Advertising Campaigns\nApply audience retention strategies, pacing techniques, and visual storytelling principles to maximise engagement and watch time.\nEnsure all content aligns with the school’s brand identity, tone, and visual standards.\n\nMotion Design & Visual Effects\nDesign and create custom motion graphics that enhance content quality and audience engagement.\nDevelop:\nAnimated Titles\nLower Thirds\nIntro & Outro Sequences\nMotion Graphics Packages\nVisual Effects\nAnimated Transitions\nCreate visually compelling assets that reinforce the deadlines and quality expectations.\nConduct thorough quality reviews to ensure flawless audio-visual synchronisation and final output standards.\n\nThe Person:\n\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Film Making, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience in Video Editing and Motion Design.\nDemonstrated portfolio showcasing high-quality editing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling projects.\nExperience working in fast-paced content production, digital marketing, creative agency, media, or in-house brand environments.\nExperience producing content for social media and digital advertising campaigns is highly desirable.\n\nTechnical Skills\nExpert-level proficiency in:\nAdobe Premiere Pro\nAdobe After Effects\nStrong working knowledge of:\nAdobe Photoshop\nAdobe Illustrator\nExperience with:\nDaVinci Resolve (Preferred)\nFinal Cut Pro (Preferred)\nProficiency in AI-powered creative tools such as:\nAdobe Sensei\nRunway\nCaptions.ai\nSimilar AI Video Production Platforms\nStrong understanding
