About the Role\n\nSRV Media is looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead media relations, brand communication, and reputation management initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders, along with the ability to create impactful PR strategies that enhance brand visibility and credibility.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPR Strategy & Planning\nDevelop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with client and business objectives.\nCreate communication plans for product launches, corporate announcements, events, and brand campaigns.\nIdentify media opportunities that drive positive brand awareness and thought leadership.\nMedia Relations\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, publishers, and media professionals.\nSecure high-quality media coverage across print, digital, television, radio, and industry publications.\nPitch stories, interviews, opinion pieces, and press releases to relevant media outlets.\nManage media inquiries and coordinate interviews for clients and leadership teams.\nContent & Communication\nDraft and review press releases, media notes, speeches, articles, thought leadership content, and corporate communications.\nEnsure consistent messaging across all communication channels.\nDevelop compelling brand narratives and storytelling opportunities.\nReputation & Crisis Management\nMonitor media coverage and public sentiment related to clients and brands.\nManage crisis communication strategies and response plans when required.\nProvide strategic counsel on reputation management and corporate communication matters.\nClient Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for PR clients.\nPresent PR strategies, campaign performance, and media outcomes to clients.\nCollaborate with internal teams including Social Media, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Account Management.\nInfluencer & Industry Relations\nIdentify and engage influencers, industry experts, and strategic partners for brand collaborations.\nCoordinate media events, press conferences, networking events, and brand activations.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.\nStrong network of media contacts acros regional, and industry-specific publications.\nProven track record of securing media coverage and managing successful PR campaigns.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong storytelling, content writing, and presentation abilities.\nExperience handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.\nAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage crisis situations effectively.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in a PR agency, digital agency, or corporate communications environment.\nUnderstanding of social media, digital marketing, and brand communication.\nExperience with media monitoring and PR reporting tools.\nStrong influencer marketing and relationship management skills.\nExperience working with Education, Real Estate, Healthcare, Technology, FMCG, or Consumer Brands.
