- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and successful candidate closure.
- Handle diverse hiring needs across Permanent, Contract, Travel, and PRN (Per Diem) roles within the healthcare domain.
- Recruit and place healthcare professionals across multiple specialties, aligning talent with client requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including ATS, job portals, referrals, and professional networking platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct advanced sourcing and headhunting using platforms such as Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Perform initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews to evaluate experience, skill sets, cultural fit, and work authorization (US Citizens, GC, EAD, etc.).
- Prepare and submit complete candidate submission packets (resume, credentials, RTR, and compliance documents) via MSP/VMS portals in line with client guidelines.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring effective communication and timely feedback between clients and candidates.
- Educate candidates on job roles, compensation, benefits, and organizational policies to ensure informed decision-making.
- Lead salary negotiations and offer management, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and successful closures.
- Support end-to-end onboarding processes, including background verification, drug screening, compliance, and joining coordination.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Provide regular performance and pipeline reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the Account Manager, covering submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to fulfill niche and hard-to-fill requirements.
- Ensure adherence to defined recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce candidate fall-offs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a productive, high-performance team environment.
- Consistently achieve monthly placement and revenue targets aligned with business goals.
