About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Generative AI Specialis t to design, evaluate, optimize, and implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation, workflow automation, content generation, AI training, or AI product development.

You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities where Generative AI can drive efficiency, improve user experiences, and create business value.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Solution Development

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions for business and operational use cases.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, assistants, chatbots, knowledge systems, and automation tools.
• Translate business requirements into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for productivity, efficiency, and innovation.

Prompt Engineering & Optimization

• Create, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop reusable prompt libraries and prompt frameworks.
• Experiment with prompting techniques including few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought prompting, and structured prompting.
• Continuously improve prompt effectiveness based on evaluation results and user feedback.

AI Evaluation & Quality Assurance

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and safety.
• Identify hallucinations, factual inaccuracies, biases, and quality issues.
• Define evaluation frameworks and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with AI quality teams to improve model performance and user satisfaction.

AI Training & Knowledge Enhancement

• Assist in training and improving AI systems through structured human feedback.
• Support dataset creation, annotation review, and evaluation workflows.
• Contribute to AI model fine-tuning initiatives and response optimization strategies.
• Help improve AI reasoning, instruction-following, and domain-specific performance.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging technologies.
• Research new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and recommend innovative AI solutions.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI into existing business processes and products.

Workflow Automation & Integration

• Build AI-powered workflows and automations using modern AI platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
• Support implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge-based AI systems.
• Assist in developing scalable AI processes and operational frameworks.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document AI workflows, prompt libraries, evaluation findings, and best practices.
• Create reports on AI performance, adoption, and business impact.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and implementation guides.
• Present AI recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Operations Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Participate in AI strategy discussions and roadmap planning.
• Support AI adoption and training initiatives across the organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Generative AI-related projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Generative AI, AI Operations, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Experience creating and optimizing prompts for business or operational use cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and knowledge-based AI systems.
• Familiarity with AI agents, workflow automation tools, and no-code/low-code AI platforms.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
• Basic understanding of APIs, Python, SQL, or automation platforms.
• Experience working with AI training data, annotations, or model evaluation projects.
• Knowledge of AI governance, trust & safety, and responsible AI practices.
