Airlearn is one of the fastest-growing language-learning apps, with 5M+ users across 150+ countries. We're expanding our creator network and looking for talented short-form video creators based in India to join our structured Ambassador Program.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create short-form UGC (User-Generated Content) videos promoting Airlearn
• Cross-post content across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Follow a structured posting system — we provide scripts, hooks, audio, and full posting guidance

• Choose from two monthly deliverable options:
100 videos per month — 300 total cross-posts across 3 platforms
200 videos per month — 600 total cross-posts across 3 platforms

COMPENSATION
Fixed Monthly Payout Options:
• ₹10,000/month for 100 videos upon completion of all deliverables
• ₹20,000/month for 200 videos upon completion of all deliverables

Viral Performance Bonuses (per video):

• ₹1,000 for 250K views
• ₹2,500 for 500K views
• ₹5,000 for 1M views
• ₹10,000 for 2.5M views

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable creating short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Facebook Videos)
• Active presence on Instagram, YouTube, and/or Facebook
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet monthly delivery targets
• Prior UGC or brand collaboration experience is a plus — but not required
