The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and building strong pipeline of Global markets\n\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced technology environment, interact with businesses across industries, and contribute directly to revenue growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.\n- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.\n- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective customers.\n- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the value proposition of Message Central solutions.\n- Understand customer requirements and map solutions to their business needs.\n- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.\n- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.\n- Collaborate with marketing and business teams to optimize lead generation efforts.\n- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales activity targets and conversion goals.\n- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n-Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.\n- Prior experience in lead generation, prospecting, tele-calling, inside sales, or business development is preferred.\n- Ability to confidently conduct product demonstrations and engage with potential customers.\n- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.\n- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.\n- Basic understanding of SaaS, technology products, or B2B sales is an advantage.\n- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.\n\nEligibility\n\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline.\n0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or related roles.\nFreshers with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nSkills\nStrong prospecting and hunting capability\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nAbility to engage enterprise stakeholders\nStrong discovery and consultative selling skills\nComfortable learning technical products\nExperience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools\nAbility to work independently in a fast-moving environment\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nWithin the first 12 months:\nConsistent pipeline creation across global markets\nStrong engagement across CX and Identity solution areas\nEnterprise adoption of both current and emerging products\n\nWhy Join Us\nExposure to global telecom and enterprise ecosystems\nOpportunity to shape next-generation authentication and Network API solutions\nBuild relationships across Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East, and Africa\nSignificant growth opportunity as the business expands globally
