Meta Ads Specialist

IncrediPets is hiring a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own paid performance end-to-end - someone who can create ad content, run every campaign type (awareness, traffic, engagement, leads, sales/conversions, app), and structure and run continuous tests to find what works. This is a core, do-it-yourself operator role, on-site at our Gurugram office.\n\nCompensation: INR 70,000-80,000 per month.\n\nWhat you'll do\nPlan, build and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across all objectives\n- Create and iterate ad creative and copy; brief and produce content for tests\n- Design and run A/B and structured experiments (audiences, creative, placements, bidding)\n- Own setup and hygiene: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel/CAPI, Events Manager\n- Track, report and optimise to CAC/ROAS and lead-quality targets\nMust-have\n3-6 years hands-on Meta Ads experience (in-house or agency)\n- Proven across multiple campaign objectives, not just one\n- Strong with Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, CAPI, Events Manager\n- Comfortable creating and iterating ad content and running tests\n- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram (on-site)\nPreferred\nD2C, services, or local-business marketing experience\n- Familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube, or other paid channels\n- Has scaled a brand from early stage
