The Primo by Mann & Salwa is a multi-concept hospitality destination in Ahmedabad, home to distinct dining and event experiences across progressive Indian, Asian-Peruvian, Mediterranean, desserts, beverages, and banquets.


Our content style is refined, aesthetic, immersive, and experience-led. We are looking for someone who understands food, interiors, hospitality, and storytelling through strong visuals.


Role Overview


We are looking for an in-house Social Media Manager who can manage The Primo’s social media presence end to end. This person will be responsible for creating regular, high-quality content across our restaurants and event spaces, capturing the energy of the property, and building a consistent digital presence across platforms.


The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality, fine dining, restaurants, events, luxury lifestyle, fashion, travel, or an adjacent aesthetic-led industry. They should be comfortable with photography, videography, basic editing, posting, scheduling, content planning, and day-to-day social media management.


Key Responsibilities


Content Creation


* Capture high-quality photo and video content across The Primo’s restaurants, desserts, beverages, interiors, events, guest experiences, behind-the-scenes moments, and team stories.

* Create visually strong reels, stories, posts, and short-form videos that match the brand’s aesthetic.

* Shoot food, drinks, interiors, table setups, events, chef moments, and service experiences in a refined and premium manner.

* Ensure content feels organic, polished, and hospitality-led, not poster-heavy or overly designed.

* Identify daily and weekly content opportunities across the property.


Social Media Management


* Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram and other relevant platforms.

* Plan and maintain a regular content calendar for The Primo and its individual restaurant brands.

* Write or coordinate captions, story text, highlights, and basic social copy in line with the brand voice.

* Schedule posts, upload reels, manage stories, and ensure consistent platform activity.

* Track trends and adapt them tastefully to the brand without compromising its premium positioning.


Editing & Design


* Edit reels, short videos, photos, and basic graphics for social media.

* Work with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.

* Maintain consistency in visual style, color, framing, typography, and tone across all content.

* Make basic design edits when required while avoiding generic or poster-like creatives.


Brand & Community Management


* Ensure all content aligns with The Primo’s overall brand language, aesthetic, and guest experience.

* Coordinate with internal teams including chefs, service teams, events, marketing, and management to capture timely content.

* Respond to or coordinate responses for comments, tags, mentions, and social media inquiries when required.

* Monitor guest-generated content and identify repost opportunities.

* Support influencer visits, collaborations, event coverage, and campaign execution.


Reporting & Performance


* Track basic social media performance, including reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, and reel performance.

* Share insights on what content is working and recommend improvements.

* Help build a content system that keeps the brands active, relevant, and visually consistent.


Requirements


* Prior experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, fine dining, hotels, events, luxury lifestyle, fashion, travel, or a similar visual-led industry.

* Strong photography and videography skills, especially for food, beverages, interiors, and people.

* Ability to shoot and edit reels and short-form video content independently.

* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, or similar editing tools.

* Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, content formats, trends, and posting best practices.

* Good visual judgment with an eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting, and detail.

* Ability to manage multiple brands or concepts under one hospitality property.

* Strong planning, coordination, and time-management skills.

* Comfortable working on-site and capturing content regularly.

* Good communication skills and ability to work with chefs, service teams, event teams, and management.


Preferred Skills


* Experience working with premium restaurants, boutique hotels, luxury events, or lifestyle brands.

* Understanding of food styling, plating, table setups, and hospitality storytelling.

* Ability to write simple, tasteful captions.

* Experience with influencer coordination, event coverage, or campaign shoots.

* Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and scheduling tools.

* Portfolio of previous social media work, reels, photography, or content pages managed.
