The trainer will be responsible for enabling learners to effectively govern, manage, validate, and replicate master data across enterprise landscapes using SAP S/4HANA and MDG.\nThis role will support both implementation readiness and long-term data governance adoption .\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTraining Delivery\nDeliver end-user, power-user, and administrator training for:\nSAP MDG for Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance master data\nSAP S/4HANA data governance workflows\nTailor training to:\nBusiness users\nData stewards\nFunctional consultants\nTechnical teams\n\nSystem & Functional Coverage\nTeach and demonstrate:\nMDG Functionality in SAP Fiori\nChange Request Management\nDuplicate Check & Data Validation\nWorkflow & Approval Processes\nIntegration with ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems\n\nStakeholder & Program Support\nSupport:\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness\nPost-go-live hypercare and adoption\nProvide:\nOffice hours\nTroubleshooting sessions for training\nPerformance coaching for data stewards\n\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP MDG\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nSAP S/4HANA\nSAP MDG End-User Training (global)\nProven experience training:\nBusiness Users\nData Stewards\nDeep understanding of:\nData Governance frameworks\nMaster Data (Material, Supplier, and Customer)\nWorkflow and data quality enforcement\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills\n\nTechnical Skills\nAdult Learning Theory\nWorkflow\nSAP Fiori for MDG\nS/4HANA Data Model & Integration\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP MDG Certification\nSAP S/4HANA Certification\nPrior experience with:\nSAP MDM / SAP Data Services\nEnterprise Data Governance Programs\nExperience working with:\nManufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, or Finance in SAP\nExperience with global, multi-location implementations\n\nNIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
