Mid-Level Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer
We are looking for a Mid-Level Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with strong experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, design, and motion, with the ability to create engaging content for brand platforms, digital campaigns, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, brand films, presentations, and internal communications.
- Motion Graphics: Create animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, kinetic typography, explainer graphics, and branded motion assets.
- Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through editing, pacing, rhythm, and visual composition.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and the creative team to bring concepts and campaigns to life.
- Post-Production: Handle color correction, sound balancing, visual effects, and final output optimization across multiple formats.
- Asset Management: Organize project files, footage, motion graphic templates, and final deliverables efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics, preferably within a creative agency, advertising, media, or digital content environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Motion Design Expertise: Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, transitions, and visual communication.
- Storytelling Ability: Ability to create engaging content with a strong sense of pacing, emotion, and audience engagement.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in editing, color correction, audio balancing, and quality control.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating motion graphics, infographic animations, and branded visual assets.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and advanced post-production workflows.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows such as Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Midjourney, or similar platforms for image generation, video generation, and AI-assisted content creation.
- Understanding of current digital content trends, social-first storytelling, and platform-specific best practices.
- A strong creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, motion, and brand consistency.
