Product Specialist (Sales Support) - Medical Education Technology

Key Responsibilities

  • Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, high-energy product presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients, existing accounts, and distributor networks to showcase product value and drive sales.
  • Sales & Relationship Management: Lead active sales follow-ups with clients to close deals, manage distributor relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • On-Site Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense during client meetings. If the system exhibits bugs, errors, or technical glitches, you must calmly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve the issue on the spot.
  • Extreme Travelling: Travel extensively (approximately 90% of the time) across designated regions to meet clients, attend trade shows, and support distributors.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and technical insights from the field and communicate them directly to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, or a client-facing Product Specialist role.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command over the English language (both written and verbal) is mandatory. You must be able to articulate complex technical concepts simply and persuasively.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose, replicate, and handle software/system errors or bugs under pressure.
  • Mobility: High willingness and flexibility to travel 90% of the time. Valid driver’s license and passport are highly preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
