About The Client:
Client is a Japanese multinational conglomerate specializing in power systems, social infrastructure, electronic devices, digital solutions, and more, with a diverse product range including medical equipment, semiconductors, and industrial systems. Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, vendors and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Support in conducting initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist in campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives
- Help draft job descriptions and job postings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Generate recruitment reports and trackers as required
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills to communicate with the vendors for the requirements
- Source and screen Right-Fit candidates .(Embedded , Automotive Requirements)
- Evaluate the profiles, shortlist and submission of right fit profiles .
- Ensure that the hiring process is completed within the Turn Around Times (TAT) as per the company's mandate
- Ensure to Screen the profiles and connect with candidates for their interest and their skillset relevancy.
- MBA
- Previous experience of 2-6 Months in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in using ATS and Scheduling tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to provide positive candidate experience
