About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using Java 17+ on the backend and JavaScript/jQuery on the frontend.
- The candidate should be capable of handling complex technical requirements, driving best practices, and mentoring junior team members.
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack enterprise applications using Java 17+ and modern Java frameworks.
- Build scalable backend systems using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Develop and integrate frontend components using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.
- Participate in estimation, sprint planning, release management, and deployment support.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java 17+, J2EE, and enterprise application development.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid experience with REST API design and development.
- Strong database expertise in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and SDLC best practices.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Experience in Microservices and distributed systems.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
