About The Job:
- We are hiring a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise applications using Java 17+ along with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and jQuery.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership, architectural expertise, and deep hands-on development experience.
- Lead the design and development of large-scale full stack applications using Java 17+.
- Architect and implement backend solutions using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Oversee frontend development and integration using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery from requirement analysis to deployment and production support.
- Design and review RESTful APIs, application modules, and system integrations.
- Ensure high levels of performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot critical issues, and provide strategic solutions
- Mentor teams, guide design and development efforts, and support capability building.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and leadership on technical planning and execution.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Core Java 17+, J2EE, and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, deployment practices, and production support.
- Strong understanding of application design, architecture patterns, scalability, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD implementation.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and solution design.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and enterprise software lifecycle practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
