Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and integration projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, development teams, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Oversee integration projects involving APIs, web services, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business applications.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, technical challenges, and resource constraints.
• Support solution design discussions and provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in a Technical Project Manager role.
• Strong experience managing Application Development and System Integration projects.
• Technical background in:
o C#
o ASP.NET / .NET Core
o Web APIs / RESTful Services
o Microservices Architecture
o SQL Server
o Azure Cloud Services
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies, API management, middleware, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, application architecture, and integration frameworks.
• Experience managing Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration platforms.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience managing global and cross-functional teams.
