Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Build, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and LLM-based models.
Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Create and manage embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms.
Develop AI-driven automation use cases for Operations, SRE, and Cloud functions.
Evaluate model performance and implement continuous improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Deploy and monitor AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
Implement best practices for MLOps and LLMOps.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, model development, and automation.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Experience with LLMOps including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval techniques.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas.
Knowledge of Spark is an added advantage.
Experience with cloud ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Generative AI applications and enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
Exposure to MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in cloud-native AI deployments.
Understanding of DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations processes.
