ServiceNow ITSM Lead / Senior Developer

Experience

  • Total Experience: 5–10 Years
  • Relevant ServiceNow Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules including:
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Service Request Management (Catalog & RITM)
    • Knowledge Management
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain:
    • Business Rules, Client Scripts
    • UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies
    • ACLs
  • Design and manage:
    • Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables
    • Request workflows and lifecycle management
  • Build automation using:
    • Flow Designer
    • Approval workflows, Notifications, Orchestration
  • Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Platform Analytics.
  • Design end-to-end ITSM solutions and provide technical guidance.
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a technical escalation point.
