UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into user-centric designs that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, and wireframes.
• Design high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
• Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve user experience.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as:
  • Figma
  • Adobe XD
  • Sketch
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise applications.
• Understanding of analytics tools and data-driven design decisions.
