This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead the design of enterprise-scale AI solutions in a highly dynamic, innovation-driven environment. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready architecture blueprints. Working at the intersection of data, AI, and cloud technologies, you will help define how advanced AI capabilities are deployed across the enterprise. The role involves close collaboration with product leaders, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. You will influence key architectural decisions spanning AI/ML systems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform design. This is a high-impact position where your architectural vision will directly enable the adoption of next-generation AI solutions across multiple domains.
Accountabilities:
- Define and lead the end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI solutions, including generative AI, predictive analytics, NLP, and computer vision use cases.
- Develop scalable architecture blueprints, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical standards for AI platforms.
- Ensure alignment of AI solution architecture with enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, and business objectives.
- Lead architectural decisions across data pipelines, model integration, APIs, orchestration layers, deployment strategies, and observability frameworks.
- Establish architecture governance processes, conduct design reviews, and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, cloud services, tools, and integration approaches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust architecture designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across solution teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
- Present architectural trade-offs, options, and future-state roadmaps to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of reusable components, scalable design patterns, and engineering best practices across AI initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to enterprise-scale solutions.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology roles with strong exposure to AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise system design.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable AI solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, data architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), MLOps, containerization, and distributed deployment architectures.
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI principles in architecture design.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional, and distributed engineering environments.
- Exposure to enterprise AI use cases across industries such as energy, manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, finance, or retail.
- Certifications in cloud architecture, AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise architecture frameworks are a plus.
- Experience defining reusable reference architectures and governance models for enterprise AI adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business decisions.
