This role focuses on producing high-quality live and recorded video content for public sector audiences, ensuring seamless streaming experiences that meet strict standards of clarity, reliability, and engagement. You will be responsible for directing multi-camera live productions, monitoring stream quality in real time, and ensuring smooth execution across fast-paced broadcast environments. The position requires strong technical awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed under pressure during live events. You will also collaborate remotely with distributed teams, contributing to scheduling, quality assurance, and post-production workflows. The environment is dynamic and mission-driven, centered on delivering accessible digital communication services to public organizations and their communities. It is well suited for individuals who are both technically skilled in video production and comfortable working in structured, time-sensitive operational settings. Your work will directly support large-scale civic communication initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Direct and manage live multi-camera video productions to ensure high-quality streaming output
  • Monitor live broadcasts in real time and troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize disruptions
  • Ensure video content meets technical, visual, and client quality standards for public sector audiences
  • Perform indexing, quality assurance checks, and post-production support as required
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows across multiple simultaneous video projects
  • Interpret viewer feedback and analytics to improve streaming performance and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with remote teams across different time zones using digital communication tools
  • Maintain accurate documentation and production records using cloud-based systems
  • Support continuous improvement of production processes and operational efficiency
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, live production demands, and evolving technical requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in live video production, streaming, or broadcast operations
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-camera setups and live event direction
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues during live streaming in real time
  • Experience working in remote or distributed team environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced, live production environments
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as cloud storage platforms and virtual meeting software
  • Experience using Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and coordination
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain a focused, distraction-free workspace suitable for production work
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adapt to operational requirements
