CPQ/RCA/PSA Solutions Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CPQ/RCA/PSA Solutions Specialist based in India.
This role is a high-impact, hands-on systems ownership position focused on driving the configuration, optimization, and governance of core revenue and professional services platforms. You will act as the go-to expert across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Certinia PSA, ensuring seamless quote-to-cash and project-to-billing processes. The role sits at the intersection of sales operations, finance systems, and services delivery, enabling scalable and efficient revenue operations. You will play a key role in shaping pricing models, subscription logic, and services execution workflows across the business. Working in a fast-evolving SaaS environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and data/analytics. Accountabilities:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and optimization of CPQ, RCA, and PSA systems, ensuring reliable revenue and services operations.
- Own and manage Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced architecture, including product catalog structures, bundles, pricing rules, and quote configurations.
- Design and maintain advanced pricing models such as tiered pricing, discounts, contract pricing, and subscription lifecycle automation including renewals and amendments.
- Develop and optimize guided selling experiences and dynamic quote templates to improve sales efficiency and accuracy.
- Administer Certinia PSA modules, including project setup, resource management, time tracking, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Ensure data integrity across financial and operational systems, including multicurrency handling and cross-object mappings.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and Workato, ensuring accurate quote-to-order and billing data flows.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track revenue performance, subscription metrics, and services utilization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise with deep specialization in CPQ and PSA platforms, combined with a strong understanding of revenue operations.
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with strong hands-on expertise in CPQ and PSA environments.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud data model, quote-to-cash processes, and subscription management logic.
- Strong experience with Certinia PSA configuration, including project management, billing engines, and resource planning.
- Understanding of integrations across enterprise systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and middleware tools like Workato.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Experience working with pricing strategies, financial data structures, and revenue recognition concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
