Nice CXOne Studio, configuration, Admin
Vendor to provide profile as per provided JD requirements.
JD:
- Manage and support Customer Interaction Platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Provide end-to-end platform ownership, including monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CTI systems and CRM platforms.
- Implement and manage API integrations with internal and external systems.
- Work on NICE CXone configurations, including routing, scripting, and platform enhancements.
- Hands on development using NICE CX One Studio
- Build and maintain secure authentication mechanisms using SSO/SAML frameworks.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation and platform updates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, infrastructure, security) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Knowledge on cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for production issues.
- Continuously optimize platform performance and user experience.
