RAN Systems Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and versatile telecommunication RAN Systems Engineer to join our team. This is not a traditional feature-definition role; instead, it requires a highly skilled professional capable of tackling complex challenges across system engineering, design, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cellular technologies and a passion for innovation in satellite network solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Debug and resolve field issues related to RAN systems and satellite network integration.
- Guide and support testing teams during validation and deployment phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define upcoming solutions for SAT network architecture.
- Participate in system-level design reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Provide technical leadership in RF and lower-layer protocol analysis.
- Document processes, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years as a System Engineer and at least 5 years in the telecommunications industry.
- Deep familiarity and understanding of Cellular standards: 4G and/or 5G
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with satellite communication systems.
- Familiarity with advanced RAN optimization techniques.
- Certifications in cellular technologies or RF engineering.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and deliverables.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities under tight deadlines.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional travel may be required for field testing and integration support.
