Management Trainee - Finance (EIMEA )

About this Position

As a Management Trainee for Europe & IMEA,you will support and contribute to continuous improvements in reporting,processes, and communication within our regional controlling team. You willcollaborate closely with Europe & IMEA regional business controllers, aswell as country and global controlling teams. We are looking for a team member withstrong analytical skills and a solid business foundation who is motivated tolearn and grow into future controlling roles. The ideal candidate bringscuriosity, initiative, and the confidence to offer fresh perspectives whileconstructively challenging the status quo over time

What youll do

• Support regional closing activities by updatingreporting overviews, investigating significant changes across key P&L linesand coordinating with country controllers
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses, deep dives,simulations, presentations, and reports based on business needs
• Validate and analyze data from differentstakeholders
• Lead and present smaller initiatives andprojects
• Contribute to the further development of thetrainee program and support onboarding of new trainees towards the end of thetraineeship
