Overview

Associate Technology L1

As an Associate Technology L1, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Endur, a leading commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Endur-based solutions.

Your Impact

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Endur solutions.
• Provide L1 support for Endur-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system functionality and optimize performance.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with security and risk management policies.

Skills & Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in Endur implementation, support, or related technologies.
• Basic understanding of commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) concepts.
• Exposure to Endur modules such as Deal Capture, Risk Management, or Settlements.
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and basic system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
