MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)
Production Planning and Control:
What to make? When to make? How much to make? Get the same accomplished in organization through various organizational structure.
Responsible for planning the production of PP Shells & ABS luggage's Plan as per the orders.
Daily monitoring of Shell stock and highlight to respective Persons for Stock Consumption As per Plan.
Working on the inventory of PP Shells & Plan as per requirement.
Daily working and updating of production plan.
Ensures the optimum utilization of Man and machine.
Shell production by proper scheduling of orders within a given period.
Plan spare shipment after Order Receiving and as per customer requirement.
Post shipment communication of spare parts with the customer via ASN, AWB, sharing Invoice and packing list, etc.
Shipment plan activity for spare parts, communication with the customer and export department for the shipment arrangement.
Inventory Control:
Control the inventory of PP & ABS Shell as per the norms.
Ensure the inventory cost is under control by proper execution of the Production plan.
Manage to keep the inventory as the norms decided.
Liquidation of surplus goods & raw material.
MRP Forecasting & Planning:
Study and work on MRP (For Spares Parts) forecasting.
Helps in MRP Run in the system for Production order execution.
Production Orders Creation.
Shell Production plans for Machines.
Coordination with Internal and External Customers:
Coordination with customers and plan shipments (Regarding Spares).
Coordinate with Internal customers for smooth processing of Orders.
Coordination with the sales team for order processing and shipment.
MIS:
Prepare Shell summary report.
Prepare Shell Deliverance report.
Prepare MB Shortages According to IMD plan.
Prepare Shell Plan Working File.
Prepare Sales Analysis.
