Role Description
The Digital Adoption Assistant Manager supports the daytoday delivery of adoption activities across KPMG's Digital Workplace and the wider technology landscape. The role focuses on helping colleagues understand, adopt and get value from new tools and enhancements by contributing to campaigns, community engagement, content and insightled adoption activities. This role sits within the Change and Adoption team supporting the Digital Adoption Manager, and works closely with Product Owners, colleagues in Digital Workplace and other stakeholders across the technology landscape.

Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Support daytoday Digital Adoption activities to deliver adoption support for new tools, features and enhancements.
- Create and contribute to a regular drumbeat of engaging communications and activities, utilising design and creative thinking to produce engaging campaigns.
- Test enterprise AI and Digital changes and identify benefits for colleagues, shaping these into easytoadopt tips, guidance and insights shared through appropriate channels.
- Review, analyse and track adoption and engagement metrics to help the team understand enduser behaviour and identify opportunities for targeted interventions.
- Support delivery against roadmap priorities, implementing adoption actions aligned to agreed backlog items and adjusting activity based on sprint outcomes and team priorities.
- Continuous upskilling on ongoing technology enhancements and new capabilities - aligned to Product Roadmap, new technology initiatives and features, translating their potential benefits into the business to support changes in ways of working.
- Deliver adoption interventions using Agile ways of working, contributing to daytoday execution through standups, Kanban boards, backlog refinement, and sprint activities.
Skills and experience
We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
- Handson experience with Digital Workplace and enterprise AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and GenAI tools including Microsoft Copilot.
- A strong understanding of how digital and AI tools enable productivity, collaboration, and better ways of working at scale.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- The ability to translate technology into clear, practical, userfriendly guidance, explaining both how tools work and the value they bring.
