Developer / Engineer-PEGA - Chennai/Pune

We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
• Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.
• Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
• Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus
• Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA or higher certification
• Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
• Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
• Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
• Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
• Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
