SAP Integration Developer

Skillset We are mostly looking for an SAP integration engineer with Python software engineering skills. This is because the first task of that person will be to support the SAP writeback initiative. If we need to make compromises between SAP and Python , we should rather compromise on Python as long as the person has some solid coding skills in another language.

SAP integration:
Must have: SAP NetWeaver Gateway (OData Gateway in SAP) Must have: SAP SOAP framework Nice to have: SAP BEP (Business Enablement Provisioning) Nice to have: RFC (Remote Function Call) SAP basis (SAP infrastructure)

Must have: Basic level of ABAP (SAP dev language) Nice to have: S/4 HANA SAP functional knowledge Nice to have: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Nice to have: SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Most interesting Nice to have Backend engineering skills Must have: Solid experience with building complex backend services using Python (or strong proven experience in another backend language) Must have: Good understanding of modern database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL (or comparable database technology) Must have: Broad experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and Infrastructure as code Must have: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to track down information in logs, traces, and metrics and take appropriate action based on findings

Must have: Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to have: Experience with large Cloud deployments on any of AWS, GCP, or Azure; build, test, deploy, and monitor software in a multi-cloud Kubernetes environment.

Nice to have: Solid understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
