Senior Agentic AI Developer (Python + Snowflake)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, Snowflake, and Generative AI/Agentic AI frameworks. The role involves working with millions of contact center transcripts and building AI-driven solutions to extract insights, generate reports, identify trends, and automate business intelligence use cases.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on individual contributor who can independently design, develop, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions to analyze large-scale contact center transcripts.
• Develop AI agents to generate summaries, insights, classifications, and business reports.
• Design and implement Python-based data processing and AI workflows.
• Work with Snowflake to manage and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Translate business use cases into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery independently, from design through implementation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software/data engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Snowflake.
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
• Strong understanding of NLP and text analytics.
• Experience processing large-scale datasets and building data pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
