Job Description

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Content Manager who can own content end-to-end — from strategy and scripting to shooting and delivering final assets that drive measurable results. This role is for someone who can write sharp copy, shoot high-performing content, collaborate with editors, and deliver finished creatives that convert. You should be equally comfortable building brand storytelling and optimizing ads for performance.


Key Responsibilities:


1) Content Strategy & Ownership

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.

• Build clear content pillars for awareness, education, trust-building, and conversion.

• Maintain consistency in brand voice across ads, social, website and partnerships.

2) End-to-End Content Creation

• Ideate, script, shoot, and deliver finished content (UGC-style, brand shoots, ad creatives, educational content).

• Write compelling scripts and ad copies tailored to platform and funnel stage.

• Create engaging narratives around men’s hair health, product education, and customer journeys.

• Ensure final output is polished, performance-ready, and on-brand.

3) Performance-Led Creative

  • Create ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  • Optimize messaging for different funnel stages
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate content accordingly.
  • Continuously test new angles, hooks, formats, and scripts.

4) Cross-Functional Execution

• Work closely with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and product teams.

• Support influencer, partnership,, and retention campaigns with high-impact content.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance content, preferably in D2C, health, wellness, or beauty.
  • Proven ability to write, shoot, and deliver finished content that performs.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and paid media creative strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable being on-camera and directing shoots when needed.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret ad metrics and optimize accordingly.
  • Understanding of SEO, platform trends, and social-native content formats.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and modern male consumer psychology.
