Role Overview

We are looking for a digitally fluent, design-sensitive and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to own our brand’s online presence end-to-end. You will lead social media strategy and execution, support SEO and performance initiatives, drive influencer collaborations, and act as the custodian of Studio Sairish’s digital voice across pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Planning & Launch Phases

• Own the brand’s social media and digital marketing strategy, monthly calendar and channel mix (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and other relevant platforms).

• Design and execute content plans across three phases:

o Pre-launch: tease, BTS, “coming soon” narratives and waitlist-building campaigns.

o Launch: real-time, high-energy content and community response.

o Post-launch: value-led, educational and inspiration content that deepens brand love and drives repeat engagement.

• Align all digital activity with brand and business goals (awareness, consideration, store/website visits, sales, retention).

2. Content & Brand Storytelling

• Plan, brief, create and publish high-quality posts, stories, reels, short videos and long-form content that reflect Studio Sairish’s luxurious yet warm aesthetic.

• Develop strong copy: hooks, captions, story sequences, email subject lines and ad copy aligned with brand voice.

• Build and maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity across all digital touchpoints (social, website, email, WhatsApp, Blogs, etc. where relevant).

3. Community, Influencers & Customer Touchpoints

• Lead day-to-day community management: comments, DMs, queries on social platforms and basic WhatsApp/phone escalations, maintaining a consistent, premium brand tone.

• Identify, evaluate and coordinate with interior designers, décor influencers, stylists and content creators for collaborations and campaigns.

• Implement UGC and referral/advocacy initiatives that build social proof and deepen community engagement.

4. Performance, Analytics & SEO Required:

• Track performance across channels (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, follower growth) using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and other tools.

• Generate clear weekly and monthly reports with insights and next steps for the founder/leadership.

• Work with performance marketing partners (if any) from content/creative perspective on paid campaigns (Meta, Google) – giving creative inputs, helping with audiences and reviewing results.

Preferred:

• Support basic SEO & write SEO optimized content: keyword research, on-page optimisation (titles, metadata, alt text), content optimisation and coordination for blogs/landing pages.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with design, product, e-commerce, retail and operations teams to ensure digital storytelling reflects real-time collections, inventory and in-store experiences.

• Coordinate with agencies, photographers, videographers and freelancers to build a clean, usable content bank of static and video assets.

• Stay on top of platform and content trends (especially reels/shorts) and proactively test relevant formats that suit a luxury home brand.


Requirements

• 7 years in digital marketing / social media; experience with reputed Digital/Social media agencies or luxury, lifestyle, interiors or D2C brands.
