Data Scientist(Agentic AI)

Location: Bangalore / Pune / Lucknow

Experience: 3-6+ Years

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, or related AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building intelligent systems, working with large datasets, and developing scalable AI/ML solutions. Exposure to Generative AI/LLMs will be considered a good to have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models
• Work on data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Develop scalable AI/ML pipelines and workflows
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Implement and improve NLP, predictive modeling, or deep learning solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize model performance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning
• Good understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and data pipelines
• Familiarity with SQL and data processing
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases, or AI Agents
• Experience working on chatbot or GenAI-based applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on end-to-end AI/ML projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different technologies and tech stacks.
