The role involves high-volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives!\nYour primary job responsibility will include (and not be limited to):\n- Driving inquiries &admissions for the various short-term/long-term learning programs being\noffered.\n- Managing the entire sales cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified\nleads till the final conversion, i.e., enrollment in the program.\n- Counselling students via call/email on which program would be useful for their career\nprogression, and suggest the best options.\n- Updating the CRM regularly.\n\nJob Mandates:\n- Job Role: Inside Sales\n- Location: Sector 58, Gurgaon\n- Required Work Experience: 1-5 years (sales work exp.)\n- Educational Qualification: Graduation\n- Shift Details: 6 days working; 10:30 AM-6:30 PM, Sundays fixed off.\n- Gender: Any.\n\n- Should be target-oriented and a self-driven individual.\n- Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel.\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
